今年も大勢の協力により石臼＆杵で餅が搗けました。 4臼です。 お鏡さん用に2臼、餡餅＋闇餅で1臼、流し餅が1臼でした。 餅の基本は丸餅。 餡餅は雑煮用です。 闇餅はチ－ズ、辛子明太子、プチトマト、苺、バナナ、肉味噌、柚子味噌、etcたっぷりと楽しみましたよ。 今年の流し餅は海老にしました。
