Remy Eats Natto (Food Oddities - www.foododdities.com)
Natto is basically soybeans that have been fermented with bacteria until they're soft, smell very strong, and sit in a stringy gel that resembles rubber cement. This Japanese breakfast staple has many of the love-it-or-hate-it characteristics of a very strong cheese. It contains large amounts of vitamin K, enzymes that fight blood clots, and tends to lower cholesterol levels. If taste matches health powers, we're in for a treat!
